This movie was worth the price of admission. They all relish a regularly witty script, especially EmmaStone, who gives a very charming, winning performance. Surprisingly really excellent. This is a rare comedy that not only makes you care and connect with the characters, it ironically defines the "status quo" and the rumor mill of high school and plays it for genuine laughs, and not just inexpensive stabs at it. Lisa Kudrow plays his wife and councillor in the school who has a dirty secret that her mister is unaware of, and though introduced late in the film, is very instrumental in offering that catalyst for a conclusion.
